Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

Step 1: The customer pays via the easibedding website through PayPal online payment system

Step 2: The payment is authenticated through Paypal online payment system
The issuing bank routes the payment to easibedding acquirer who deposits the payment into the easibedding account.

Step 3: The transaction and bedding order is submitted to easibedding
Easibedding captures the order through WooCommerce and receives authorisation from the customer’s issuing bank.

Step 4: The bedding order is forwarded to Customer Services Department and Transport for fulfilment and payment details sent to Accounts receivable.
Internal customer order code is generated for accounting purposes

Step 5: Customer receives contact from easibedding
Confirmation of order with proposed delivery timescales discussed with customer

Step 6: Customer order received

Delivery policy
We aim to fulfil deliveries of animal bedding within seven working days of receipt of payment. Payment must be received before orders are processed for delivery or collection. If you have any queries contact Customer Services Department on 0161 370 2360.
